one of my family's most memorable experiences during our visit to Kyoto. the staff were extremely professional and welcoming, and very very friendly and humble. communication was easy as one of the lady staff spoke fluent Mandarin (we are from Singapore) :) although they are a relatively new shop, their services definitely do not disappoint!

after dressing us up very nicely, they did our hair extremely professionally and efficiently and recommended us beautiful hair accessories. I was particularly impressed as I have short hair which the staff could have just done in a simple updo, but she still made the effort to try out different looks and finally decided on a beautiful style which she took care to ask for my opinions as well. 💜

It was an awesome experience for my family. Super nice employees welcomed us and helped us with our multiple decisions we failed to make 😆 Although we didn’t speak the same language, somehow the communication process was perfect!!

This store has lots of choices for women kimonos as well as children’s. What I liked most was the price more affordable than other rental stores (I canceled my other expensive reservation after finding this place), even the hair dressing + accessories were included in the rental price. We got bags, shoes, a crochet umbrella, and cat(or fox) masks. I recommend visiting before noon, because they have more pretty styles/color range available.
