Absolutely! We understand that you might want to see the options in person. Your online booking locks in your discount and time slot. Upon arrival, you are welcome to freely change to any other kimono, subject to availability. Our staff will be happy to assist you in finding your perfect match.

Q：Does the kimono rental price include all accessories? Are there any hidden fees?

Our pricing is all-inclusive and transparent, with no hidden costs. Your rental plan typically includes the kimono, obi (sash), basic hairstyle，undergarments, tabi (socks), and a matching small bag. All included items are clearly listed on our booking page and in-store price list for your peace of mind.

Q：How far in advance should I book my Kyoto kimono rental?

We recommend booking 1-3 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot. However, during peak seasons such as cherry blossom and autumn foliage, as well as public holidays, we strongly advise booking 1-2 weeks or more in advance as availability fills up quickly. For last-minute plans, We also welcome you to make an appointment for same day in store through our official website.

Q：Where are the best places to visit in Kyoto while wearing a kimono?

Our shop is conveniently located near many classic attractions. After dressing up, we highly recommend a scenic walk to areas like Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Gion District, Yasaka Shrine, Sannenzaka & Ninenzaka slopes, and Hanamikoji Street. These areas are filled with historic charm, picturesque streets, quaint shops, and tea houses, making them the perfect photo spots for your kimono experience.

Don't worry! We have a comprehensive Rainy Day Plan to ensure a great experience:

Free Umbrellas: We provide transparent umbrellas (photogenic!) for light rain.

Flexible Rescheduling: In case of stormy weather, you can reschedule your booking for free.
